1. Overview

Engineered for extreme deep water applications, the WQS Series delivers unmatched pressure resistance up to 100m submersion and exceptional adaptability to water level fluctuations exceeding ±50m amplitude. Its reinforced structural design, validated through advanced flow diagnostics and rigorous testing, enables reliable operation in media containing abrasive solid particles (up to 50mm diameter). Key innovations include wear-resistant tungsten carbide/silicon carbide coatings, anti-clogging impeller geometry, and dual mechanical seals ensuring leak-free performance under continuous high-pressure conditions. The pump supports full-head operation across variable flow rates (50–300 m³/h) and integrates automated control systems for unmanned deployment in applications demanding deep submersion, heavy sediment loads, and rapid water level changes.

The product is successfully applied for drainage purpose at the world largest dam project - Three Gorges Dam, which proves its reliability for highly sensitive applications demanding zero downtime. 

2. Application

For larger changes in water level, that is, the larger amplitude head on, the pump head with all the safe use of features in the large and small flow areas are set.however.

  • Is it normal for the sewage pump to start and stop frequently?

    • It may be due to the false triggering of the liquid level sensor or excessive load on the water pump. It is necessary to check whether the position of the sensor is reasonable (to avoid interference from bubbles), or investigate whether the concentration of the sewage or the solid content exceeds the standard.
  • How to determine whether the mechanical seal is damaged?

    • If water leakage, abnormal noise, or overheating of the motor is found, it may indicate the failure of the mechanical seal. It is necessary to stop the machine immediately for inspection and contact the after-sales service for replacement.
